Vanguard's Divisional Media team within Corporate Communications is seeking a strong producer/editor that can build content strategy with our clients to join the team. As a Multimedia Specialist, you will be responsible for advancing the firm's corporate narrative internally across a broad spectrum of audiences through effective and strategic media communications. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, dynamic environment and can adapt quickly to meet the needs of our stakeholders.
You will work in Media Services, collaborating with members of the Corporate Communications team and leaders across Vanguard, to develop and execute digital content for strategic initiatives for multiple divisions across the enterprise. We're looking for someone with a strong creative mindset, deep experience, and the technical skillset to craft video content of the highest quality. This is a highly collaborative environment, so the ability to communicate inspiring ideas and execute complex creative concepts working with a team of fellow experts will be critical. We'll expect to see a strong portfolio showcasing creativity, storytelling skills, and an equally impressive command of common creative software.

These roles:
- Work with members of various Communications team to develop creative content that align with strategic objectives of Vanguards Enterprise Operating Priorities.
- Create in-depth, compelling media for crew to enhance their thought leadership and visibility on a range of subjects, including: the investment industry, Vanguard funds and services, technology, community involvement, leadership, and culture.
- Display versatility in producing clear communications through a wide range of styles and formats.
An Ideal candidate:
- Expert level skills in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Avid Media Composer, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Demonstrated ability to create an emotional narrative and impactful story from raw materials.
- Strong animation and motion graphics skills including Adobe After Effects are critical.
- Strong sense of design, composition, and filmmaking best practices to complement editing skills.
- Knowledge of video codecs, delivery platforms, and the ability to meet quality control requirements for final deliverables (color correction, audio mixing).
- Ability to work with and manipulate design assets in Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Ability to lead, influence, and articulate creative needs working alongside directors, designers, writers, and production crew.
- Skills in design, 3D animation, visual effects, color workflows, audio, or production (cinematography, lighting, cameras) are a huge plus.
- Strong skillset in Commercial Photography and the ability to capture professional-grade mages that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years related work experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graphic Design or other creative arts degree preferred.
- Ability to work quickly and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of precision and attention to detail.
- Proven time and project management skills with experience managing projects spanning across multiple stakeholders.
This role is part of our hybrid work model with Tuesdays - Thursdays required in our offices to foster collaboration and relationships. On Mondays and Fridays, our crew will have the option to work remotely, or continue working from our offices in Malvern PA.
