Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Talent Management
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to maintain an established, skilled and motivated team.
- Drive employee engagement and growth through regular feedback, training, and development opportunities.
- Enable Business Value through Software Delivery
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their strategic priorities and translate them into actionable delivery plans.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing updates on progress towards team, departmental, and business goals.
- Lead the delivery of risk-related IT solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing ROI.
- Oversee the deployment and ongoing enhancement of Archer, ServiceNow, and other risk-related cloud technology platforms.
- Align technology delivery with operational risk management, business resilience, third-party risk management, controls assurance, and compliance goals.
- Ensure solutions meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.

- Strategic Planning
- Develop and manage short-term and long-term technology roadmaps that support GR&S strategic initiatives.
- Prioritize and allocate resources effectively to ensure the successful delivery of projects and programs.
- Operational Excellence and Innovation
- Establish and maintain best practices for software delivery, project management (Agile), and operational processes.
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve team performance.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance existing solutions and introduce new technologies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging experimentation and learning.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven leadership experience in IT delivery or related roles, with a track record of managing diverse and engaged teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic roadmaps that align with business priorities.
- Proven ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term planning.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, including expertise with Agile methodologies such as Scrum / Kanban.
- Deep understanding of Agile principles and practices, with the ability to lead teams in iterative and incremental software delivery.
- Experience in fostering a culture of agility, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Experience with risk frameworks, specifically Operational Risk Management, Business Resilience, Third-Party Risk Management, Controls Assurance, and/or Compliance Management.
- Understanding of risk-related regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Demonstrated experience with Archer GRC and/or ServiceNow GRC delivery.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of eight years related work experience, with at least five years of project management experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
