Key Responsibilities
- Project Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects related to Oracle ESM, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget yet meet high quality standards.
- Oversee the maintenance and support of Oracle ESM, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Active participant in annual SOC recertification
- Follow Oracle Ticket inception through to resolution and follow up for improvement if necessary
- Manage client priority and expectations relative to team capacity
- Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders and senior leadership to keep them informed of progress.
- Work closely with business leaders and IT teams to define project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT projects, ensuring business continuity and minimizing disruptions. Coordinate vulnerability and risk management acceptance and reacceptance. Call out elimination of vulnerabilities by working the process of Oracle's ticketing system to drive vulnerability reduction.

- Team Leadership:
- Manage a cross-functional team of Oracle ESM consultants and developers, guiding them in the successful execution of client projects.
- Mentor and train team members to self learn to increase their technical and functional skills in Oracle ESM solutions.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Allocate and manage resources effectively, including internal external contractors and offshore resources to ensure project success.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up to date with the latest Oracle ESM product enhancements and best practices.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within project delivery teams.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and documentation to help improve internal methodologies and standards as well as drive learning.
- Accountable for team dashboard metrics and an understanding of how these metrics are identified as well as able to report and resolve discrepancies
- Agile/Scrum advocate
- Engage in AI/ML solutions with the business to deliver efficiencies and reduce manual overhead.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Oracle ESM, Oracle ERP Cloud, and related Oracle applications, required.
- Minimum of 8+years related work experience, with at least two years of Leadership/project management experience preferred. Candidate must clearly demonstrate proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Strong project management skills, including experience with Agile (Scrum and/or Kanban)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
