Responsibilities:
Lead Oracle EPM Team:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of Oracle EPBCS, EDMCS, and PCMCS Enhancement, BAU and Production Support for clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions, particularly around financial planning, budgeting, profitability analysis, and data management.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance.
Project Management:
- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets for multiple client projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and on-budget while meeting high standards of quality.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively addressing potential roadblocks.
- Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders and senior leadership to keep them informed of progress.
- Active participant in annual SOC recertification
- Follow Oracle Ticket inception through to resolution and follow up for improvement if necessary.

Team Leadership:
- Manage a cross-functional team of Oracle EPM consultants and developers, guiding them in the successful execution of client projects.
- Mentor and train team members to enhance their technical and functional skills in Oracle EPM/ERP solutions.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up to date with the latest Oracle EPM product enhancements and best practices.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within project delivery teams.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and documentation to help improve internal methodologies and standards.
- Accountable for team dashboard metrics and an understanding of how these metrics are identified as well as able to report and resolve discrepancies.
- Agile/Scrum advocate
Qualifications:
Minimum of eight years related work experience, with at least five years of Leadership/project management experience.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
