FAS Technology (FAST) is seeking a Head of Strategic Services to lead at the intersection of strategy, execution, and continuous improvement. This pivotal role encompasses strategic services such as workforce management, budgeting and financial planning, portfolio governance, communication and change management agile capabilities and program management for FAS' GenAI portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Strategy: Drive impactful change and lead strategic initiatives within the Shared Services division.
- Workforce Management: Oversee headcount updates, role changes, backfills, promotions, attrition, and staff augmentation contractors.
- Budgeting and Financial Planning: Conduct monthly budget reviews and financial planning meetings to assess financial performance, discuss variances, and refine resource allocation strategies.
- Portfolio Governance: Ensure effective portfolio governance to align projects with strategic goals and manage risks.
- Communication and Change Management: Lead communication and change management efforts to support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement for FAST.
- Agile Capabilities: Enable best-in-class agile methodologies within the organization and promote continuous improvement in how we work.
- Program Management: Manage the holistic GenAI portfolio for FAS and other strategic programs.
Qualifications:
- Experience in establishing or expanding shared service organizations across multiple sectors and functions.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, aligning projects with strategic goals and managing risks to enhance organizational resilience and performance.
- Excellent communication and change management capabilities.
- Familiarity with program management and agile methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate with and effectively influence senior stakeholders.
- Tech domain expertise a plus but not required. Most importantly the Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn new domains, technologies and processes.
