Consider joining the Strategic Enablement Team for Personal Investor Product Marketing. This role offers the opportunity to lead and enhance process and governance aspects, supporting the Advice, Wealth Management, and Self-Directed segments. You will manage a dynamic portfolio of optimization projects, drive change at scale, and foster collaboration and innovation.
In this role, you will:
- Hire, evaluate, and coach crew to deliver against marketing and business objectives, achieve operational efficiency and excellence, and ensure overall team health.
- Develop and implement a scalable strategy in close partnership with business and product marketing teams that supports stated goals and is rooted in client needs.
- Lead the creation of effective content in the right channel through a deep understanding of target audience, offers, and marketing strategy.
- Collaborate across the enterprise with critical partners like Media Services, Corporate Communications, OGC, Sales, and MarTech to align efforts and ensure consistent execution.
- Oversee end-to-end event logistics including planning, execution, and post-event analysis.
- Support the rollout and ongoing optimization of our enablement platform through effective onboarding, training, crew desktop integration, and development of a continuous feedback loop.
- Establish and track metrics to measure the impact of sales enablement and events efforts on business goals, client engagement, and financial targets.
- Continuously optimize programs and investments based on data-driven insights to ensure measurable and sustained growth.

What it takes:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.
- Minimum of five years related work experience. Two years consulting and delivering external communications preferred. Supervisory experience preferred.
