We are seeking a leader with experience in corporate and client communications to oversee the development and execution of external communications that reach our 9 million Personal Investor clients. You will lead a group of Client Communication Consultants who partner closely with business and marketing teams to recommend effective communication strategies and deliver campaigns to market which drive business outcomes and minimize risk. This role supports the client experience with clear, consistent, and relevant communications that promote loyalty, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements. In addition to ongoing management of the team, you'll have the opportunity to lean in on strategic projects and lead our effort to evolve the delivery of client communication through greater use of technology and automation. An ideal candidate is client-focused, excels in message and channel strategy, relationship building, risk mitigation, and has experience with marketing automation.

In this role, you will:
- Hire, evaluate, and coach crew to deliver against communication objectives, achieve operational efficiency and excellence, and ensure overall team health.
- Serve as trusted advisor and consultant to business stakeholders to recommend and develop client communication strategies as part of broader strategic initiatives.
- Lead the creation of effective external communications content based on deep understanding of target audience and the broader operating environment.
- Oversee the execution of all phases of the external communications process, including conception, implementation, and measurement.
- Build connections and collaborate across the marketing department to integrate communications initiatives into marketing plans.
- Improve end-to-end processes by applying current and evolving industry standards and through greater use of technology and automation.
- Ensure compliance and mitigate risk for all regulatory and business critical communications.
- Serve on a team that responds to critical incidents or crisis impacting the Personal Investor business.
What it takes:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.
- Minimum of five years related work experience. Two years consulting and delivering external communications preferred. Supervisory experience preferred.
Special factors: This role is part of our hybrid work model with Tuesdays - Thursdays required in our offices to foster collaboration and relationships. On Mondays and Fridays, our crew will have the option to work remotely, or continue working from our offices in Malvern PA.
