Core Responsibilities:
- Supports the execution of strategic real estate capital projects, including leased and owned facilities within Vanguard's real estate portfolio.
- Provides status updates, creates reports, and presents as needed across service lines
- Collaborates with other functional groups within the organization to ensure successful completion of projects.
- Assists in the oversight of the full life cycle of capital projects while implementing established standards and guidelines.
- Participates in a variety of meetings and initiatives to support project planning and execution.
- Regularly updates project schedules, budgets, risks, and other factors utilizing project management software.

General Qualifications:
- Ability to complete assignments independently
- Construction knowledge a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to present to leaders and team members virtually and/or in-person
- Strong familiarity with relevant computer programs including Microsoft Office suite and Teams
- Substantial research and organizational skills
