Join the Personal Investor Risk team as a risk manager for the Vanguard Cash Plus Account, a premier cash management solution designed to provide clients with security, flexibility, and competitive yields. In this role, you'll help shape the future of cash management.
Responsibilities:
- Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew. Provides guidance and training as necessary to develop crew. Sets performance standards, reviews performance, and makes informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures.
- Provides risk guidance, oversight, and assurance services to the enterprise and business partners based on our operational and strategic risk framework. capabilities and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Implements and manages risk and control standards within Personal Investor's processes. Identifies and prioritizes existing and emerging risks and advises on appropriate control design and testing.
- Partners with Personal Investor's leadership team to ensure we are making risk informed strategic decisions relative to the product offer.
- Develops, maintains, and evolves a comprehensive program for monitoring and analyzing risks and controls. Establishes metrics, dashboards, and reports that capture trends in Key Risk Indicators.
- Develops and maintains broad knowledge and awareness of the investment industry, risk management practices, and regulatory and/or policy changes. Serves as a subject matter expert on risk management discussions.

Qualifications
- Minimum of eight years related work experience. Supervisory experience preferred.
- Industry experience with a Cash offer required.
- Risk or line-two functional experience preferred.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Graduate degree preferred.
