Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop Anaplan models to support workforce planning and execution strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Anaplan solutions.
• Maintain and optimize existing Anaplan models to improve performance and scalability.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Anaplan models by integrating data from various sources.
• Provide training and support to end-users, promoting effective utilization of Anaplan models.
• Leverage business knowledge and expertise in Anaplan to drive process transformation and opportunities for strategic recommendations/value
• Maintain model health and security regularly

• Stay current with Anaplan best practices and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as an Anaplan Model Builder, with a proven track record in developing and implementing Anaplan solutions.
• Anaplan Model Builder Certification (Level 2) required, Certified Anaplan Solution Architect (or higher!) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of workforce planning processes and methodologies.
• Proficiency in data integration and management, with experience in handling large datasets.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting within the investment management industry.
• Experience in the software delivery process, with a focus on Agile techniques
• Familiarity with other planning and analytics tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
