In this role, you will be responsible for building and delivering strategies to further enhance our Global Due Diligence program, drive innovation through a continuous improvement mindset, while identifying key operational process risks, and developing effective working relationships across the Vanguard enterprise and with our banking partners.
Core Responsibilities
- Manages the Global Due Diligence program. Develops, implements, and monitors project plans. Contributes expertise to major project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.
- Drive innovation within the Global Due Diligence program through a continuous improvement mindset.
- Communicates project status and issues regularly to stakeholders, including leaders, team members, senior managers, and external service providers.
- Builds and maintains effective relationships. Proactively fosters communication between internal and external project stakeholders. Influences key decisions across stakeholder groups.
- Proactively identifies, manages, and mitigates risks and any related project issues. Communicates solutions on key issues or projects to management and stakeholders to obtain their input and buy-in as appropriate.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Minimum of three years related work experience. Two years of managing a project preferred. Financial Services or function-specific experience preferred.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Executive presence, strong communication and presentation skills
