Your base will be our advanced Lafayette facility, with weekly visits to our second site just 30 minutes away. This unique setup offers you the perfect blend of routine and variety in your work week.

Check out some of your day:
- Complete assigned tasks that include but are not limited to: painting, pressure washing, cleaning, maintaining lighting system bulbs/ballasts (as allowed by any licensing requirements), plumbing, HVAC systems, water treatment, hanging pictures, repair office furniture, locksmith work and general maintenance
- Maintain work order system (CMMS) daily and complete any tenant service requests
- Move office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials, and set up for events and meetings.
- Perform assigned preventive maintenance and inspection tasks
- Support on-call or emergency response situations
- Troubleshoot all building systems, including electrical, DDC, and pneumatic controls
- Comply with all safety procedures
- Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs
- Other projects and miscellaneous tasks as needed
Who we are looking for:
Required
- 3+ years of related work experience, especially in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentry
- A valid state-issued driver’s license
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Strong customer service skills
Preferred
- Trade school education, union training, military service or college
- Universal CFC EPA certification preferred
Physical environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfort using ladders up to 30 feet tall
- Ability to frequently climb, bend, kneel, lift, and/or drive
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. with an on-call rotation every other week for one week at a time.
Pay $23-28/HR
