COMMISSIONING ENGINEER, DATA CENTERS & MISSION CRITICAL
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and ensure adherence to commissioning processes and best practices unique to the data center & mission critical environment. Within the team, maintain accurate and updated documentation processes throughout the commissioning process, including project plans, progress reports, change orders, and final commissioning reports. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices related to commissioning and project management. Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute innovative ideas to enhance project delivery and streamline commissioning processes.

- Plan and execute commissioning processes for building systems
- Develop and review commissioning plans, test procedures, and reports
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders
- Conduct on-site inspections and performance testing
- Identify and document deficiencies and oversee corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and project requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience in building systems commissioning
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and control systems
- Familiarity with energy efficiency and sustainability practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
- Professional certifications (e.g., CxA, PE, LEED AP)
- Experience with energy modeling and building automation systems
