You'll report to our Director, Creative through our Brand team, and you'll create marketing content and brand communications through a blend of in-house production and agency management. You'll develop business-moving creative for new user acquisition, existing user engagement, and brand building including digital, social, radio, out-of-home, television, and CRM channels. Additionally, you will:
- Create assets across channels such as display or social media ads
- Refine brand and style guidelines and ensure agency adherence to brand standards
- Provide creative direction and feedback to agency partners, including influencers
- Perform quality assurance reviews for Upside teammates and agency partners
- Build a repository of brand assets to increase production efficiency
- Support campaigns and partner across performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, content, and design teams
What You Should Have:
- 2+ years of brand design experience in retail, financial technology, or e-commerce
- Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premier)
- A portfolio that highlights your brand design skills

Location:
This hybrid role is required to work at our NYC office in the Flatiron District for 3 days/week.
Compensation:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $84,937.50 - $103,812.50 + equity + benefits. The final starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
