Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead small teams of software engineers in the successful development and delivery of high-quality, scalable health care solutions
- Design and develop software applications and application components in an agile environment
- Integrate and implement custom created applications with commercial and open source software
- Create high-quality software by conducting peer design/code reviews and developing automated test cases
- Work with geographically distributed teams, with ample opportunity to learn from and mentor teammates in a fast-paced environment
- Play a key role in the future of software products by working closely with product management and other stakeholders to aid solution development
- Leverage the latest technologies to solve complex problems facing the health care industry

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field OR equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of professional software development experience on the .NET platform
- Experience in building scalable, performant and high-availability applications using ASP.NET MVC (C#), Angular and web services
- Experience implementing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience designing and developing data-driven applications using RDMBS (Oracle, PL/SQL) and NoSQL datastores
- Be a Full Stack Developer - ability to work on anything and everything from database to UI
- Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools - Jenkins, Git, Artifactory, Fortify Scan, Sonar Cube
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in banking/financial/healthcare domain
- Understanding of twelve-factor app methodology
- Experience in Mobile application development using Xamarin
- Experience in deploying applications on public cloud infrastructure
- Software design experience using SOA, object-oriented patterns and SOLID principles
- Flexibility to work across a variety of software-related disciplines: solution design, agile development, unit testing and refactoring
