This position is responsible for investigating and resolving more complex customers issues reported. Working closely with our customers, maintaining defects, customer meetings, and troubleshooting escalations from customers and internal Level 1 staff. Collaborate with development to provide a better insight into the customers' needs. Utilizes expertise with our applications to provide customers workarounds for existing issues as well as options for utilization of functionality to meet their business needs.

This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 9:00am - 6:00pm CST, including rotational on-call duties. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
We offer 6 - 8 weeks of paid training. The hours of training will be based on your scheduled or will be discussed on your first day of employment.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Research and evaluate system errors reported by customers
- Assist with escalations from the level 1 team
- Collaborate with Account Management and Customer Support Reps on customer efforts and issues
- Collaborate with customers to maintain top issues list
- Run SQLs, update database fields, report issues to development

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age OR Older
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience
- Experience interacting with clients or customers in a professional setting
- Experience with Microsoft Word (create correspondence and work within templates), Microsoft Excel (data entry, sort / filter, and work within tables) and Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management)
- Ability to work our normal business hours of 9:00am - 6:00pm CST, including rotational on-call duties. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Pharmacy Technician
- Pharmacy software experience
- Experience working with UNIX
- Experience working with SQL
- Advanced knowledge of pharmacy terminology and procedures
- Able to host and create virtual meetings
Telecommuting Requirements:
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
- Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
Soft Skills:
- Effective listening and communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain an effective rapport with customers
- Self-directed and able to multi-task

The hourly range for this role is $16.88 to $33.22 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
