Primary Responsibilities:

  • Be a servant leader and coach the development teams, guiding them in adopting and implementing agile principles and practices
  • Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, from sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring adherence to Scrum framework
  • Collaborate with product teams including product owners and managers, business stakeholders, and development teams to define project goals, scope, and backlog items
  • Work closely with product and Development teams to ensure that the software solutions deliver value to business customers
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance team productivity and delivery efficiency
  • Encourage effective communication and collaboration within and across teams, ensuring clear understanding of project priorities, timelines, and dependencies
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and help teams make decisions by promoting a collaborative and inclusive environment
  • Monitor and track project progress, ensuring that the team is meeting sprint goals, deliverables, and timelines
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that will have or may have an impact project delivery and escalations as needed
  • Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile coaches across the organization to share best practices and drive continuous improvement
  • Quick learner: Able to quickly gain a high-level understanding of the technical and business domains of the scrum teams
  • Flexible: Able to grasp to the role or tasks needed for each situational transformation; able to "get the job done" regardless of role definition
  • Enthusiastic: Must be excited and of high-energy
  • Attitude of empowerment: Ability to lead a team or program and multiple teams to self-organization

Required Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualifications: B.Tech / MCA/ MTECH /MS Graduation (Minimum 16 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant)
  • Proven good communication and presentation skills
  • Proven good at multitasking and organizational skills
  • Proven good attitude and self-motivated

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Dev / System Analyst background who can understand and facilitate technical discussion
  • Knowledge of US Healthcare domain
