The Radiology Software Engineer is responsible for the requirement analysis, design, implementation, developer testing, maintenance and support of Radiology products.

You will enjoy the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within Canada as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for software design and implementation of multiple modules or a subsystem (client or server) of a larger product requiring proficiency in more than one language or operating system and a knowledge of cross product dependencies.
  • Performs logical/algorithmic design independently, may do some structural/logical design for others, and can generalize knowledge to new environments.
  • Develops, documents, debugs and maintains software in accordance with requirements and design.
  • Conducts design and code reviews with other project team members
  • Works closely with other project team members to ensure requirements are clearly understood and communicated and ensure that test plans and procedures adequately test delivered software.
  • Provides the technical contents of Product Documentation for assigned modules or subsystem.
  • Investigate and fix complex product defects as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer engineering, computer science or related discipline
  • 4+ years experience in commercial software development
  • 4+ years experience with software engineering methodology
  • 4+ years experience with Designing, implementing, testing and releasing
  • 2+ years experience leading and mentoring other SW engineers
  • Completed or willing to complete IWS Quality System Training within first 30 - 60 days
  • Completed or willing to complete Orientation to FDA Quality System Regulation within first 30 - 60 days

Canada Residents Only: The salary range for Canada residents is $98,900 to $205,500 per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
