Practice Highlights:
- Works closely on-site with medical providers and allied staff to address the behavioral health needs of our pediatric patients and their families.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conducts assessments and interventions with a short-term model (typically 1 to 6 sessions).
- Coordinates referral of patients in need of services beyond the scope of integrated behavioral health.
- Collaborates with other integrated behavioral health providers onsite and across The Corvallis Clinic organization.
- Works at the top of your licensure while providing excellent behavioral health care to patients
- Provides care that is compassionate, appropriate, and effective for various conditions
- Practices evidence-based medicine
- Works collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to provide individualized treatment for patients in an integrated behavioral health model

Required Qualifications:
- Licensed Psychologist (PsyD, PhD) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Unrestricted licensure in the state of Oregon required prior to start date
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience or training in the integrated behavioral health model
- Experience in a busy outpatient clinic
- Experience in a medical setting
The salary range for this role is $59,500 to $116,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
