Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide Live Person Chat support to Health Care Professionals (HCP's) and assist with: Checking status on Credentialing, Contracting, and Products,/Contract load status, EFT Issues.
- Provider Education on various topics, including but not limited to, initial credentialing, re-credentialing, contract, demographic, market closed, provider portal, onboard pro, state specific requirements.
- Deliver information and answer questions in a positive manner to facilitate solid relationships with providers and their staff
- Complete the documentation necessary to track provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends

This role is equally challenging and rewarding. It requires fluency in computer navigation and toggling while you confidently and compassionately engage in dialogue with the caller. ENGLISH PROFICIENCY ASSESSMENT WILL BE REQUIRED AFTER APPLICATION

Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a related environment (i.e. office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools
- Microsoft and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
- Available to work (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Flexible to work any of our 8 hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (8:00am to 9:00pm ATL)
- Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency
