Working in a clinical environment under supervision, to receive and process inbound calls from patients, providers and other medical staff. Execute outbound calls or electronic task to assist with providing medical related services. Assist patients, providers with appointment scheduling, and local facility issues. Resolve complex issues. Recommend process changes to improve efficiency and promote customer service excellence.

This position is full time. Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8am - 5pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
Employees are required to work in one of our offices located in:
- Office 1: Henderson Lake Mead: 270 W. Lake Mead Pkwy. Henderson, NV 89015
- Office 2: Montecito: 7061 Grand Montecito Las Vegas, NV 89149
- Office 3: Pecos: 56 North Pecos Rd. Henderson, NV 89074
We offer 4-5 months of paid training. The hours during training will be 8am to 5pm, Monday - Friday.
Primary Responsibilities
- Answers calls to assigned clinic, resolving moderate to complex service issues.
- Proactively outreaching to and resolve expedited patient issues, needs.
- Works collaboratively with Providers & Clinical support staff to help resolve patient needs and Care coordination.
- Schedule and verify appointments in clinical information system.
- Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information.
- Send and receive tasks for Provider offices to assist patient with access to medical care.
- Contact patients to relay appointment and other pertinent information.
- Extreme high-volume data entry.
- Responsible for compliance requirements as dictated by clinic needs; SOPs; Burke Scores, and audit results.
- Ability to travel to local clinical facilities.

Required Qualification:
- High school education / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years experience in a customer service/call center or healthcare environment
- Knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to demonstrate customer service and proper telephone etiquette.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- High-level servitude personality, Critical Thinking, Excellent decision-making, Advance computer skills in Windows environment.
- Strong listening, telephone, customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple high-level assignments
- Ability to function independently, Highly effective communication skills with multiple levels of the organization.

- Medical Terminology
- Advanced knowledge of insurance products
- Training in a medical office or customer service-related field
Nevada Residents Only: The hourly range for this is $16.54 - $32.55 per hour.
