WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Definition of the annual category plan adapted to Away From Home channel, with a primary focus on the Horeca channel.
Design strategic development for the channel that include:
- Conduct a thorough analysis of the HoReCa market to identify and define primary customer segments.
- Understanding Customer Profiles and Needs: understand their specific needs, preferences, and purchasing behavior.
- Definition of assortment (appropriate products and formats) and identification new portfolio opportunities for growth.
- Develop and execute trade campaigns, promotions, and point-of-sale activities to attract and retain HoReCa partners.
- Manage the creation of promotional materials and digital assets to support campaigns and increase product visibility.
- Develop sales tools and resources that effectively communicate product benefits and positioning, enabling sales teams to engage clients more effectively.
- Lead the execution of strategic projects with sales teams aimed at winning at the point of sale.
Experiences & Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or similar
- 5+ years of professional experience in a similar Trade Marketing position in the Away from Home channel.
- Experience in HORECA channel.
- Advanced level of Spanish and English.
- High computer skills in PowerPoint (presentations) and Excel (analysis).
- Person with a high component of leadership and proactivity and initiative.
- It is essential to have experience in managing projects with sales teams.
- Proven experience in passion for growth and teamwork.
