WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
  • Achieve double- digit growth in the assigned territory by developing and executing innovative sales strategies.
  • • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous development within the sales team, ensuring they are respected and recognized in the sector.
  • Be a key f igure in the commercial transformation towards a more data -driven organization, leveraging an on - offline strategy and maximizing digital tools such as e- commerce and management systems l ike CRM.
  • Analyze data, define, and implement regional business development plans based on the national strategy.
  • Coordinate with sales teams, account managers, trade marketing, and key business group leaders to develop and execute the regional plan.
  • Implement business development methodology: training, ride along, etc.
  • Alignment of internal and external (distributors) systems: CRM and ERP.
  • Monitoring implementation and results.
  • 30% of the time, key projects (eCommerce, external commercial team)
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications
  • Degree or master's degree in sales, eCommerce, business administration or management
  • +3 Years of Experience in away from home sales (hotel, bar, restaurant, convenience...)
  • +3 Years of experience related to business analytics or similar
  • eCommerce experience
  • Knowledge of tools & processes such as Office package, CRM & BI
  • Located in North of Spain
  • High level of English
