JOB PURPOSE
As a Junior Key Account Manager, your mission is to to develop, negotiate and deliver a win-win Customer strategy and Customer Business Plan through the best integration of our internal category strategy and the strategy of the customers. With the aim to achieve our profit/USG/VMS/... targets & grow our key brands/segments while driving the category growth for the retailer. You love selling, analyzing numbers, building customer relationships, negotiating & working in team. Then you are the person we are looking for!
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
As a Junior Key Account Ice Cream, you bring the voice & needs of the customers, channels and shoppers towards the different stakeholders and you work closely with the CSP team and the Carrefour Global Teams/Eureca Lead. Externally you will be the key commercial point of contact for your customer, with support of the National Account Manager, you will be responsible for the negotiations and commercial external relationships (both buyer level and Dircom level and with Eureca. This includes:
- Commercial: Co-Responsible for 55mio Belgium Ice Cream Business
- Win: Ensure Ice Cream Belgium business growth, whilst outperforming the market
- Strategic Vision: Create, develop and implement short- and long-term commercial strategies and plans aligned with the Belgian Ice Cream business goals and objectives. Collaborate with Marketing and CSP on activities and innovation to deliver against channel and category growth opportunities
- Channel: Drive Channel & Customer negotiation and execution plans, prioritization, field execution, identify commercial opportunities
- Financial Targets: deliver financial and non-financial targets and contribute to budget development of promotional plans
- Performance management: manage and monitor commercial activities, using key metrics to evaluate performance
- Customer and consumer-Centric Approach: Understand the needs of our customers and ensure their satisfaction.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong and profitable partnerships with key stakeholders both externally and internally. Ensure optimal network and relationship management.
Experiences & Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in FMCG
- Experience in commercial and or category development and relationships with clients
- A can-do mentality and true team player, cultivating a culture of entrepreneurship and inclusiveness.
