JOB PURPOSE:
The Associate Media Manager will assist the Media Senior Manager in all national media workstreams related to programmatic, video, TV, audio and more. This role involves trafficking, determining content calendars, creative approvals, and ensuring alignment with the brand. The Associate Media Manager will also be responsible for understanding and strategizing on the strategic and operational plans for each platform, learning about platform capabilities, testing opportunities, and new pilots of alphas. Additionally, they will analyze performance on these platforms and participate in measurement and performance sessions to discuss optimizations. The role requires full immersion in partnership with our platform partners across the media landscape. They will work closely with their social media counterpart to support and create holistic media plans across various ice cream brands with different strategies and goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the development and execution of media strategies across programmatic, video, TV, and audio platforms.
- Manage content calendars, trafficking and ensure timely delivery of content.
- Coordinate with creative teams for content approvals and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze media performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with platform partners to explore new opportunities and test new features.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in media marketing.
- Support the Media Senior Manager in strategic planning and execution of media campaigns.
- Participate in measurement and performance sessions to discuss campaign results and optimizations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Communications, or a related field masters degree welcomed).
- 3-5 years of experience in media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of programmatic, video, TV, and audio platforms.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience with media analytics tools.
- Experience working in a large CPG company.
- Familiarity with emerging media platforms and trends.
- Proven track record of successful media campaigns.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: The pay range for this position is s $83,200 to $124,700. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
