JOB PURPOSE
Our Sales Trainer IC empowers the sales team with the skills, knowledge, and strategies needed to maximize their performance and achieve the company's sales targets.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
This role is responsible to design and implement comprehensive training programs that enhance the sales team's skills, product knowledge, and strategic selling techniques.
Main responsibilities/tasks:
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs that enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and strategic selling techniques.
- Facilitate engaging and informative training sessions, workshops, and seminars for the sales team, both in-person and online.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs by monitoring sales performance and providing feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas where the sales team needs additional training and support.
- Develop and update training materials.
- Offer one-on-one coaching and constructive feedback to sales representatives to help them improve their performance.
- Keep abreast of the latest sales techniques, industry trends, and competitive landscape to ensure training programs are current and relevant.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new sales team members, ensuring they are well-equipped to start their roles effectively.
