ABOUT THE ROLE:
This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by shaping our organization's people analytics strategy. As the Data Analytics, you will drive the development and execution of a comprehensive analytics roadmap, directly influencing talent acquisition, retention, and performance outcomes.
You'll partner with leadership to define key metrics, provide actionable insights, and support strategic decisions with advanced analytics. This position allows you to enhance our workforce planning strategies and empowers you to build a culture of data literacy across the organization. You'll play a crucial role in our separation and transformation and overall organizational effectiveness. WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?
- Design and execute a comprehensive people analytics roadmap that aligns with the organization's strategic objectives, focusing on improving talent acquisition, retention, and performance outcomes.
- Implement data-driven frameworks to inform talent strategies and provide predictive insights on areas like turnover risk, employee sentiments, and productivity across regions and functions.
- Partner with leadership to define key people metrics (KPIs) and identify critical business challenges that people analytics can solve including owning and driving the workforce planning strategies.
- Influence decision-making by providing actionable insights and recommendations based on workforce trends, ensuring that HR and business leaders can make informed decisions, and using advanced analytics to model workforce scenarios, supporting strategic decisions on organizational restructuring.
- Train business/functional teams on how to use data to inform their decision-making processes, building a culture of data literacy and empowering business teams to make data-driven choices.
- Assist the deployment of personalization technologies (such as Co-pilot) to drive our org transformation and enhance organizational effectiveness within IC.
- Monitor and mitigate data privacy risks, making sure that analytics processes respect employee confidentiality while providing actionable business insights.
- Stay up to date with key trends, patterns and insights to ensure that our frontline people are well-equipped with relevant skills and insights, and well-adapted to meet evolving customer expectations.
- Perform analysis and generate reports on our service-level key performance metrics across business to measure our people's performance for timely support. Performance metrics include Platforms Engagement (MAU / Duration / Page views), Growth Metrics (Users#, Acquisition Cost), Data Metrics (Volume, Quality, Integration), etc.
- Work closely with other functions to ensure that the customer experience is consistent and aligned across all channels, from marketing campaigns to post-purchase follow-up.
Skills and Experience:
- Fluent in the languages of business and human resources, and know how to engage with all stakeholders, also at the senior level.
- Strong understanding of / ability to interpret and spot trends in data to bring insightful conclusions for business benefit.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Previous experience working with people analytics. It is preferable that you have experience in working with data spanning multiple countries and sources.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel. Experience with using existing digital tools (Visier, Qualtrics, CRM systems) to drive change and optimisation is preferred.
- Experienced with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
- Have sufficient knowledge of applying AI and automation tool
