The Ice Cream business is operating in a highly attractive category, as we are part of the 1 trillion snacking and refreshment industry, growing consistently at high pace. We have strong brands equities: 5 of top 10 selling brands including Wall's, Magnum, Ben &Jerry's. We are investing to unlock the full growth potential of Ice Cream as a standalone entity, once we separate from Unilever, which is planned to happen by November 2025.

Your Mission:
As the Head of Commercial Strategy & Data Management, you will be the driving force behind our transformation, leading a team of Business Developers across multiple regions and a Data Systems team focused on maximizing the potential of our commercial tools and data.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Commercial Execution:
- Inspire and coordinate a team of Business Developers in each region to achieve and exceed commercial targets, ensuring flawless execution and planning at every stage.
- Act as the strategic bridge between our in-house salesforce and our distributor's team, optimizing collaboration and ensuring that every team member has the tools and resources they need.
- Oversee the Data Systems team to structure, qualify, and streamline commercial data, ensuring its direct impact on e-commerce, CRM, and reporting.
- Ensure access to accurate and actionable data, driving strategic decision-making in real-time and maximizing operational efficiency.
- Incorporate Innovation with CRM: Leverage your CRM expertise to manage and optimize customer relationships, identifying key opportunities and gaps in the sales process.
- Integrate CRM tools that automate and enhance processes, guiding the team toward a smarter and more effective sales strategy.
- Design and promote innovative strategies that connect data analysis with commercial efficiency, ensuring every decision is backed by insights.
- Transform the potential of data analysis into competitive advantages, contributing to more agile and results-focused planning.
