JOB PURPOSE

The job purpose is to contribute to Ecommerce channel growth and support its development both internally and externally. Build and establish capabilities and skills that will accelerate growth, achieving superior turnover, market share, and margin within this channel.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
  • Lead and support key customer relationships, managing collaboration and regular touchpoints to ensure alignment with customer priorities and internal objectives.
  • Support the creation of annual JBPs, aligning them with USG targets and market share growth goals, ensuring accountability and tracking progress with customers.
  • Oversee the implementation of the promotion and media plan on retailer websites, coordinating with stakeholders to maintain consistency and brand alignment.
  • Manage campaign execution and creative development in partnership with Marketing and eCCD teams, ensuring timely and impactful launches.
  • Manage the production workflow of visual materials, working closely with U-Studio and ensuring content quality and timeliness on customer websites.
  • Supervise cross-functional collaboration to meet customer-specific requirements and optimize the visibility of promotional assets.
  • Lead the continuous analysis of sales results, including monthly sales reports, cash-up reviews, and key driver analysis to provide actionable insights and strategy adjustments.
  • Manage the communication of analytical insights to relevant stakeholders, supporting data-driven decision-making across the team.
  • Oversee the analysis of campaign ROAS across platforms (e.g., Criteo, media agency).
  • Develop regular reporting frameworks and ensure insights are leveraged to optimize ongoing and future campaigns.
  • Take ownership of A&P budget control for Ecommerce, ensuring adherence to budget constraints and alignment with overall financial goals.
  • Manage financial reporting, collaborating with finance to forecast, track, and optimize spend allocation to maximize ROI.
