JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
  • Leading the development of the brands end to end.
  • Build short /long term brand Strategy: Brand audit, Jobs to be done, 8Qactivity plans, Scorecards & in-market pricing.
  • Proposes brand activity and measurable objectives.
  • Develop plans to build the brand and drive growth to the category.
  • Lead multi-functional innovation project teams local but even looking for global opportunities.
  • Manage the brand's Budget.
  • Collaborate to ensure that the brand execution plan is excellent both offline and online.
  • Responsible for the brand P&L & help drive profitability of the brand.
  • With Customer Development, sets national level brand KPI's and channel marketing strategy and identify relevant in-store solutions.
  • Work together with CSP on plans to be able to engage retailers as well as consumers.
  • Define together with the category team the Priorities, & Channel strategy of the brands.
  • Activates campaign ideas in the national market driving D4C if necessary.
  • Monitors brand performance to implement appropriate plan changes.
  • Development from scratch of the brand communication as well as working on the media plan. (ATL&BTL)
  • Provides input to volume forecasting, financial updates and monitors key indicators and drivers of brand performance (6P's). Recommends solutions and implement improvements to meet annual targets.
  • Grow COTC through increased penetration
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications
  • University degree, with an emphasis in business
  • +5 years relevant, progressive local marketing experience.
  • Project management and strong knowledge of financials is also required.
  • Business planning and implementation experience.
  • Proficient Level of English as a Language.
