Position Responsibilities
Manage and develop a team of Java software developers and foster a high-performance team culture.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
10+ years in application development with proven experience managing high-performing development teams.
Experience with custom application software development and packaged software implementations.
Knowledgeable in Waterfall and Agile Scrum development processes.
