This role will be the Finance strategic business partner to the President, Go to Market (GTM). This leader will play a critical role supporting the organization in realizing our revenue growth ambitions.
• Provide business support to the Go to Market organization and executives which includes Sales, Marketing, Relationship Management, Renewals and SMB GTM.
• Lead and develop a team of finance professionals who are responsible for financial reporting, planning and analysis for Sales Bookings and Recurring Revenue, Commission Plan Administration and Order Management.
• Serve as a key member of the leadership team of the GTM functions providing insightful and trusted counsel and advice while also challenging these leader to drive results to meet Company financial objectives.
• Responsible for developing and delivering the financial story-telling on sales and recurring revenue business results for consumption both internally and externally.
• Proactively identify areas of opportunity to accelerate recurring revenue growth, provide executive-level consumable data-driven content to raise awareness of these opportunities and drive cross-functional initiatives within the business to enact change.
• Play a critical role in sales commission plan strategy and lead a team that owns sales commission plan administration and execution.
• Continuously evolve financial and operational metrics, analysis, and support tools. This includes driving forward initiatives on our business systems to enable this.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of sophisticated short and long-range financial models that incorporate key business drivers and serve as decision support tools for accelerating recurring revenue growth.
Qualifications and Characteristics
• 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required, MBA or CPA preferred
• Experience as a Finance Strategic Business partner to a C-Suite Executive who has revenue responsibility.
• Experience managing larger teams of (15+ individuals)
• FP&A experience at a SaaS Company or recurring revenue business strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading, influencing and driving priorities at the executive level
• Exceptional financial story-telling and executive-level communication and presentation skills
• Superb analytical, strategic and critical thinking skills
• Very business and operationally oriented
• Ability to be both a leader and a hands-on doer
• Experience with commissions plan strategy and administration for functions (e.g. sales, marketing, services, etc). Proven ability to align compensation plans to business goals and objectives.
• Strong understanding of SaaS revenue recognition accounting concepts.
• Deep experience in quote-to-cash business applications and processes
Basic Qualifications:
• 10 years of financial leadership
• Bachelor degree in business or related field

The pay range for this position is $250k to $325k, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
