You will lead and manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on selling One View, our innovative global pay product, to enterprise-level accounts. One View is designed to revolutionize multi-country payroll by ensuring timely and accurate employee payments, managing global cash flow, providing valuable business insights, delivering a consistent employee experience, optimizing labor spend, and reducing total cost of ownership.
About the role:
The Vice President of Global Pay Sales will foster a high-performance sales culture focused on net new customer engagements within large mid-market to enterprise companies. Your role will involve driving the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a robust pipeline and consistent deal flow. Work to coordinate sales, pre-sales, contract negotiations, administrative, and marketing functions within the Global Pay vertical. You will develop and execute a strategic sales plan to maximize sales revenue and exceed annual profitability goals, overseeing regional profit and loss activities to maintain desired profit margins, sales, and spending budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives, providing guidance, support, and development to ensure team success.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to maximize sales revenue and exceed annual profitability goals.
- Oversee regional profit and loss activities, maintaining desired profit margins, sales, and spending budgets.
- Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a robust pipeline and consistent deal flow.
- Engage with C-level finance decision-makers, particularly CFOs and financial leaders, to communicate the value of One View.
- Explore untraditional markets with a hunting mentality to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Have a deep understanding of the global landscape and the complex matrix of multinational companies.
- Develop and execute successful sales strategies and territory plans.
Basic Qualifications:
- 7+ years proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the global payroll or related software industry.
- Experience selling software solutions within the Enterprise Global Market
- 10+ years of outside sales experience
- Strong track record of managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
- 50% nationwide travel expected
Preferred Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in consultative selling to C-level executives, particularly in finance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience selling or leading a team selling Enterprise Level SaaS WFM or HCM software
- Knowledge of complex software development lifecycle
- Successful demonstrated track record of managing sales executives, driving process, results, & sales enablement through a sales organization
- Experience selling or leading a team selling Enterprise Level SaaS WFM or HCM software
- Strong work ethic and operate with high-level of integrity, honesty, and commitment to self and others

The base salary range for this position is $195000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
