About the Team:
The Value Engineer team specializes in B2B software, playing a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our technical capabilities and our clients' business needs. This team works closely with sales, product, and technical teams to demonstrate the value of our software solutions, drive customer success, and optimize cost-efficiency for our clients. The Value Engineer team helps companies transform by articulating long-term business/technology strategy; creating data-based business cases to justify the necessary technology investments; and building strategic roadmaps for execution

About the Role:
• Conduct detailed analysis of client business processes and identify opportunities where our software can drive value and efficiency.
• You will partner with sales leadership to identify revenue opportunities, create account strategies.
• Develop and present customized business cases and ROI models demonstrating the financial and operational benefits of our software solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and present tailored solutions that align with their needs.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that highlight the strategic advantages and cost-saving potential of our software.
• Work with clients during the onboarding process to ensure successful implementation and alignment with their business objectives.
• Perform cost-benefit analyses to help clients understand the financial implications of different deployment options, subscription models, and feature sets.
• Provide insights into how our solutions can reduce operational costs, improve productivity, and enhance overall business performance.
• Collaborate cross functional stakeholders, including product management and customer success managers to provide feedback and suggestions for improving features and helping ensure clients realize the full value of the software
• Monitor client usage, address any issues, and offer strategic advice to help clients maximize their ROI.
• Develop and deliver training programs and materials to help clients effectively utilize our software and understand its value.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to address any questions or challenges clients may encounter.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
• Use this knowledge to refine value propositions and help clients navigate their options

About You:
Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a value engineering, presales, or business analyst role within the B2B software industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
• Proficiency in creating financial models, ROI analyses, and business cases.
• Proven consultative selling engagement experience: identify the need, design, sell and lead the engagement with the customer.
• Advanced knowledge of C- level decision making process management,
including business case development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering,
or a related field.
• Experience with CRM tools and project management software

The pay range for this position is $122,600 to $176,300, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
