In this position, the Treasury Operations Analyst will support the Kronos Payroll Services (KPS) business and will report directly to the Treasury Operations Manager. The Treasury Operations Analyst is responsible for handling the day-to-day treasury services and activities for Kronos Payroll Services. The position is responsible for cash management, cash processing, reconciliation of customer accounts, and operational cash movements for KPS.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Reconcile the cleared checks within the Ready system
• Manage the NSF (non-sufficient funds) ACH returns to ensure successful collection of client funds
• Process stop payment requests for our new payroll services check disbursement offering
• Manage Salesforce Treasury queue for ACH limit approvals and other requests
• Manage the quarterly stale-dated check process and return funds to clients for uncashed checks for our new payroll services check disbursement offering
• Authenticate and release ACH files at the bank.
• Bank administration and management of bank portals, including performing quarterly audit
• Participate in the implementation of treasury services and UKGPS initiatives
• Perform all other Treasury related duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:
•3+ years of treasury, banking or reconciliation experience in a similar business
•Proficiency to the intermediate level using spreadsheet, database and graphics applications; e.g., Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience within a payroll/benefits processing organization or other payments services industry that handles client funds preferred
•Strong attention to detail and drives to dig into complex research and analysis
•Strong interpersonal, presentation, organizational and communication skills
•Ability to establish and retain effective working relationships with senior leadership, business units and departments

The pay range for this position is $53,800 to $77,300 however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
