UKG is currently seeking a customer focused, highly energetic, and experienced individual to join our Payment Services Team as a Tax Filing Coordinator. Responsibilities include performing proactive activities to support periodic, quarter end and year end processes and tasks around the filing timelines. The U Krewers in this role will have to have excellent time management skills and keen attention to detail as they will support multiple Payment Services teams within the greater UKG org.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Complete data prep to support filing requirements
• Perform confirmation audits for routine filings
• Perform routine filings as assigned for medium to high complexity jurisdictions
• Document and maintain process documentation; create FAQs and other learning materials
• Provide support to internal team members
• Assist with various projects and other organizational initiatives as assigned
• Analyze data and provide follow up to tickets or questions received by the filing teams
• This position will periodically be required to provide informal support and training to team members with limited experience.
• Provide after-hours support as business needs arise
Basic Qualifications:
• General Payroll Tax Knowledge
• 2+ years related experience or equivalent levels of skill or knowledge
• General understanding of MasterTax
• In-depth understanding of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Basic knowledge on e-file edits and fixes
• General understanding of SQL
Preferred Qualifications:
• General knowledge of Payment Services structure within the team and teams closely related to the QE (Quarter End) process
• Ability to understand quarter-end process for reconciling data from payroll system to tax system
• General knowledge of impact the QE process has on the company and the customer experience
• Excellent time management skills to meet production timelines and due dates.
• Illustrates process specific information and works collaboratively to resolve difficult/challenging situations.
• Ability to be managed in an organized, proactive, and independent manner

USA Pay Transparency:
The pay range for this position is $45,700 to $65,750, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
