We have adopted a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office and the rest of the week from home. The UKG office that this position can be based in is Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Job Responsibilities:
• Drive advancement of Cloud operational strategy, functions, offerings, and tools.
• Assist in knowledge management processes for internal technical teams.
• Identify improvements to Cloud engineering standards, best practices, and processes.
• Maintain documentation to support changes for products/services.
• Build partnerships with highly matrixed cross-functional internal and external teams.
• Identify areas of opportunity to create efficiencies for key products and/or services, to enhance UKG product offerings.
• Facilitate meetings to discuss initiatives and business strategy while delivering informative, well-organized presentations.
• Track and assist with EPIC Value Stream requests; such as Program Increment planning, backlog grooming, feature grooming, and tracking Cloud dependencies and enablers.
About You:
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with SAFe Framework or other Agile practices
• 3+ years of experience in an analytical role, working with data to identify trends and make recommendations
• Project Management experience
• Familiarity with work management tools, such as: Jira, Confluence or ServiceNow
• Experience in Enterprise SaaS (Software as a Service) offerings, particularly in delivering resilient, scalable, and highly available solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
• Excellent technical, business judgement, negotiating and influencing skills
• Experience as a Solutions Consultant, Technical Manager or Program Manager
