UKG is seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals to implement UKG Pro, our award-winning HRMS/Payroll offering. As a Sr. Solution Consultant, you will be part of a growing, dynamic team responsible for the high-quality, complete implementation of our core HRMS product. Sr. Consultants coordinate and perform the full lifecycle of a client's launch while interacting closely with the client to meet specific needs throughout the process. Qualified candidates are self-starters with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills who are highly motivated to provide excellent customer service. Candidates will also possess a general knowledge of payroll and/or human resource concepts and regulations and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, exciting environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide consultative product and subject matter expertise to client
• Coordinate and perform lifecycle of assigned projects in compliance with Ultimate Software's methodology such as Kickoff, Business Analysis, Functional Specification, System Configuration, Design, Testing, Payroll Parallels and Change Management.
• Work directly with the customer's project team to understand their business needs and translate those requirements into a scope of work and configured system
• Research, document, configure and test all functional elements involving rules and policies
• Meet project task milestone and due dates
• Proactively communicate with customers to keep them apprised of project status and ensure they are on track with assigned responsibilities
• Track, manage, and oversee resolution of open project issues/items in a timely manner
Basic Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience implementing HRMS solutions and 3+ years of payroll and reconciliation experience
• Strong Excel skills, including V Lookup and Pivot Tables
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• Basic familiarity with state and federal payroll taxes, and/or ability to research
• Comfortable working in an environment in which business processes, tools, etc. are still being defined
• Ability to manage multiple tasks to completion, with minimal direction and a strong desire to excel
• Solid interpersonal communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment
• SQL scripting knowledge
• SHRM, FPC, or CPP
• Experience with UKG Pro/UltiPro

The pay range for this position is $70,100 to $100,800, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
