About the Role
As a Senior Consultant, you will have the opportunity to implement our newly reimagined workforce management solution in customer environments. Your client management and interpersonal skills will enable you to utilize our defined implementation Methodology to meet milestones and completion dates, whilst leading and working closely with other teams to complete Net New Implementations, Migrations, change orders or ad hoc engagements.
Duties and Responsibilities
•Actively participate or Lead in Client Configuration design, build, test and deployment activities
• Work closely with other resources on new client implementation, upgrade, and change order projects
• Proactively consult on best practice methodology, configuration design and build activities to ensure client success
• Solution presenting
• Drive all client system requirements and collaborate with client and resources for project related decisions
• Utilize technical ability to prioritize issues and respond appropriately to multiple critical situations
• Research application questions by setting up scenarios and testing the application
• Analyze customer configurations and resolve or work around set up issues
• Provide significant transfer of product knowledge to our customers
Requirements
- Solid experience in system consulting, implementation, or technical support roles, preferably in workforce management or similar software solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration.
- Strong proficiency in system configuration, design, and deployment in enterprise-level environments.
- Experience with cloud-based applications, SaaS models, and enterprise systems integrations.
- Proficient in SQL, scripting languages, or similar technical skills to analyze and resolve system issues.
- Familiarity with workforce management software or similar HR, payroll, or time tracking systems.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and experience working within structured implementation processes.
- Demonstrated ability to meet project milestones, deadlines, and ensure successful client outcomes.
