UKG is seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals to implement our full-suite Workforce Management (WFM) offering. A Project Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and leading a team to implement our full suite of products within North America. Qualified candidates will have experience managing multiple successful projects simultaneously, some with multiple phases.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Facilitate customer project kickoff calls, and team introductions, define project cadence and develop ongoing customer communication plans
• Facilitate project discovery sessions with all client business representatives and UKG project team members
• Determine and document customer success criteria
• Maintain adherence to UKG implementation methodology and processes
• Prepare assigned project resources with necessary project-related information, ensuring proper understanding of project requirements, roles & responsibilities, work processes, and success criteria
• Implement the necessary project management infrastructure (project plans, issues lists, communication plans, project schedule with the customer)
• Assist Practice Manager by accurately forecasting each month's go-lives
• Lead customer status and planning meetings as well as participate in discovery meetings
• Manage the project plan, issues list, and other supporting documents throughout the project in an effort to maintain client expectations and project milestone success
• Work with various team members to resolve project and process issues in a timely manner and document any issues
• Communicate and publish project status to the project team
• Manage project scope to meet project success criteria while maximizing value brought to customers and revenue generated for UKG
• Manage the financials of the project, invoicing delivered services, and resolution of any financial disputes
• Lead assigned projects to successful completion within an appropriate time frame, ensuring industry-leading CSAT scores
• Assist with developing new processes and tools that improve the performance and effectiveness of the project management delivery
Basic Qualifications:
• 3+ years of project management work experience in a customer-facing enterprise software implementation/technical environment
• Ability to travel up to 25%
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience implementing and/or supporting WFM or HCM software. For example - Time & attendance, scheduling, leave, payroll etc
• Experience working in the healthcare industry
• Must be organized with time management skills to deliver on multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work as part of a project team
• Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to changing requirements, processes, tools, and resources
• Excellent communication, customer service, and consulting skills
• PMP certification
• Mountain or Pacific Time Zone preferred

The pay range for this position is $78,800 to $113,300, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
