• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and statements.
• Perform journal entries and reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and submit financial reports as required.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial information.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Provide support for internal and external audits.
• Support the payroll team with various administrative tasks and projects as needed
• Assist with the preparation and filing of payroll taxes
Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in journal posting and reconciliation required.
