Position Overview:
UKG is looking for a Senior Manager Product Management to lead our Compensation Management Product team. You will play a pivotal role in driving innovation. Straddling the line between high-level strategy, people leadership, and hands-on execution, you are well versed in product and business strategy; capable of communicating deftly, and passionate about a customer-centric as a guiding product management philosophy.
Responsibilities:
1. Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and support in product strategy, roadmap development, and execution.

2. Product Strategy: Define and execute the product strategy for Compensation Management, aligning it with UKG's overall platform vision and business objectives.
3. Roadmap Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and UX, to create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that delivers innovative solutions and meets customer needs.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams, to gather feedback, understand customer requirements, and ensure successful product launches. Also, evangelize the platform across the organization.
5. Product Performance: Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate on the product strategy to optimize customer satisfaction and business impact.
Qualifications:
1. Experience: 10+ year of experience in industry & minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, including a track record of successfully leading and managing product teams.
2. Compensation Management Expertise: Experience building Compensation Management solutions and a deep understanding of compensation domain and best practices.
3. Technical Background: Solid technical acumen with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and understand complex technical requirements - but also to break complex topics into simple terms for diverse audiences.
4. Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to think strategically, develop product strategies, and translate them into actionable plans.
5. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing product teams and individuals who reach their potential.
6. Customer-Focused: Deep customer empathy with a passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional user experiences. Experience working with both end customers and Engineering as a customer is a plus.
7. Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
