As Senior Manager of Data and Analytics, you'll work as a key leader within our Customer Experience team focusing on supporting the business with the tools, data, and analysis needed to drive efficiency, productivity, and quality throughout our organization. Collaborating with key stakeholders and senior leadership, this role will be responsible for identifying reporting requirements across our group, implementing the tools needed to fulfill those requirements, and producing actionable dashboards, reporting and analysis that will be used to drive operational change. This role will also work closely with our corporate data team to implement best practices around data governance and will be responsible for our customer experience survey strategy. The ideal candidate is a self-driven, creative problem solver, that understands how data is used in the decision-making process and can effectively lead others towards achieving quality results.
Essential Functions:
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify KPI's that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities
- Design, implement, and maintain reporting systems that provide dashboards, reports, and performance metrics supporting our business, with a focus on automation and self-service
- Oversee the design and delivery of reports and dashboards that analyze business functions, key operations, and performance metrics
- Lead, train, and develop Business Analysts and ensure accuracy of data and deliverables of all direct reports with comprehensive, documented policies and processes
- Manage and optimize processes for data intake and validation, as well as modeling, visualization, and communication of deliverable
- Examine, interpret and report results of analytical initiatives to Customer Experience
- Organize and drive successful completion of data insight initiatives through effective management of Business Analysts and collaboration with stakeholders
- Anticipate future demands of initiatives related to people, technology, and business goals within Customer Experience and design/implement solutions to meet those needs
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or other relevant combination of training and experience
- At least 4 years successfully leading data driven teams for a SaaS software provider
- 4+ Years of SQL coding experience. Ability to read, write and interpret SQL code at an advanced or intermediate level. Ability to provide constructive feedback and coach/mentor team members as needed
- 4+ years experience with Power BI, Tableau or other top level data visualization tools
- Ability to read/write DAX code in Power BI or equivalent data visualization tool experience
- Experience in synthesizing large amounts of data into actionable information with the ability to translate into actionable business decisions with ROI implications
- Demonstrated experience influencing cross-functional teams to achieve project/program goals
- Established record of successfully improving performance and business standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in survey design, analysis, research (quantitative and qualitative) best practices that contribute to our measurement (VoC/VoE) and customer research programs are a plus
- Full understanding of relational database architecture, ETL and data ingestion processes, data warehouse functionality, best practices for managing data warehouses. Specifically, Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure preferred.
- Basic Python coding and understanding a plus.
- Basic understanding of APIs a plus.
- Ability to implement Code Review processes and best practices to align skills across team members.

The pay range for this position is $142,100 to $204,200, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
