We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sr Manager, Product Management to lead a team of product managers and drive the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions within our SaaS product suite. In this managerial role, you will oversee the Lead Product Manager, guiding the execution of product strategy, the evolution of AI and data processing frameworks, and the integration of advanced data science models that enhance our products' capabilities and customer service.
You will be responsible for building strong, collaborative relationships with key internal teams, ensuring the alignment of product strategies with business objectives, and helping our teams to deliver high-impact, AI-enhanced solutions. Your role will require a mix of technical expertise, leadership, and product strategy, as you will work with a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of the roadmap
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead and mentor a team of product managers, including the Lead Product Manager, to ensure alignment with business objectives, product vision, and company goals.
Provide coaching and guidance, ensuring the product management team is equipped with the necessary tools, knowledge, and resources to succeed.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging open communication, problem-solving, and continuous improvement
Strategic Product Direction:
Oversee the development and execution of the product strategy, ensuring alignment between the AI-driven data processing platforms, SaaS products, and the broader company vision.
Collaborate with senior leadership to define long-term goals and ensure that product strategies are aligned with business priorities.
Guide the team in articulating and refining the long-term vision for AI and data science models within the product suite.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Drive collaboration between product, engineering, AI, and customer experience teams to ensure seamless execution of product roadmaps.
Partner closely with the Lead Product Manager and other internal teams to ensure that product requirements are well-defined, prioritized, and executed effectively.
Act as the primary point of contact for senior leadership regarding the status, risks, and achievements of the product portfolio
Execution & Delivery:
Oversee the execution of the product roadmap, ensuring that the AI-driven solutions and data processing frameworks are delivered on time and within scope.
Ensure that the team maintains strong collaboration with the engineering teams to address any technical challenges and ensure that the products meet the required technical specifications and standards.
Focus on ensuring the serviceability and supportability of the products, particularly in collaboration with post-live customer experience teams
Platform Evolution & AI Integration:
Guide the evolution of AI-driven platforms, ensuring that they are scalable, efficient, and meet the needs of both internal teams and external customers.
Work closely with the Lead Product Manager and the AI product team to align platform enhancements with customer and business needs, including making embedded AI models easier to build, deploy, and scale.
Independent Decision-Making & Prioritization:
Make informed, high-impact decisions related to product strategy, resource allocation, and team direction without direct supervision.
Oversee product prioritization processes, ensuring that resources are focused on initiatives with the greatest business impact
Basic Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• overseeing a team of product managers or technical teams.
• Strong understanding of AI, data science principles, and modern data processing platforms (such as Apache Spark, Google Dataflow).
• Proven ability to manage complex product portfolios and lead cross-functional teams in delivering SaaS solutions.
• Experience in Agile product management methodologies and leading teams in Agile environments
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in SaaS product management, specifically related to AI-driven platforms and data processing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform and/or other cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with real-time messaging and streaming platforms such as Kafka, Apache Beam, or Google Dataflow.
• Prior experience as a technical lead, software developer, or architect
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with AI tools and platforms like Vertex AI and Google AI Agents.
• Proven ability to foster a collaborative team culture and drive results in a dynamic environment
• Strong leadership skills, including experience in team development, mentorship, and performance management.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Weston FL or Lowell MA location is strongly preferred (If located near a UKG Office, hybrid onsite and remote working required)

The pay range for this position is $142,100 to $204,200, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
