About the Team:
UKG is seeking a Compliance Learning Experience Designer to join its Corporate Risk and Compliance team. The team is dedicated to maintaining an efficient and effective compliance program, and a key part of its mission is delivering global compliance training and education. The position will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of compliance through the development and delivery of compelling, engaging, and creative content.
About the Role:
As a Compliance Learning Experience Designer III, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Risk & Compliance, you will manage, design, develop, and deliver high-quality learning programs and assets for our internal audience at both corporate and team levels. You will assess learning needs and create effective blended-learning experiences, including eLearning, videos, instructor-led sessions, and performance support resources. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on UKG's culture and the professional growth of our U Krewers.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business partners to identify business/learning needs and develop learning strategies aligned to organizational goals.
- Create comprehensive learning plans, including objectives, instructional approaches, project timelines, assessment, and communication plans for global legal, risk, and compliance learning programs.
- Design, develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate training programs and other educational materials, to be delivered through various modalities (e.g., classroom, webinar, eLearning, infographics, blogs).
- Partner with external vendors as needed to design and develop effective learning solutions.
- Contribute to the development and application of design processes, templates, and tools.
- Work with subject matter experts to deliver impactful learning content and experiences.
- Rapidly design and develop engaging content and activities using holistic LXD principles to meet internal training needs.
- Utilize LMS to schedule, communicate, deploy, and report on training programs.
- Produce reporting and dashboards to track and communicate program status to stakeholders and conduct impact analysis and retrospectives of learning programs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team and organizational goals.
- Stay current with training trends and recommend innovative solutions for training and other educational methods and media.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet design, development, and quality standards.
About You:
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Instructional Design, Adult Learning/Education, or related field.
- 5+ years in a Learning & Development role, designing and developing blended learning solutions and managing learning programs.
- Proven ability to build business partnerships with stakeholders and collaborate to develop strategic learning plans.
- Strong proficiency in needs analysis and experience developing multiple instructional modalities, including instructor-led (synchronous and asynchronous), eLearning, and structured experiences. Samples required.
- Excellent oral/written communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to convey key concepts for appropriate audiences.
- Exceptional program management skills to plan, execute, and evaluate multiple learning programs successfully.
- Strong proficiency with industry-standard eLearning development software. Articulate 360 preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in managing relationships with external vendors.
- Ability to work independently, influence change, manage multiple commitments, and demonstrate attention to detail while meeting tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen skills, linking decision making to outcomes.
- Experience working for a SaaS company/in SaaS environments.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS).

The pay range for this position is $70,100 to $100,800, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
