The UKG Tax Department leads the Company's day-to-day operations, including the filing of federal, state, foreign, income, sales and use, VAT, and other tax returns. The Tax Department also oversees and manages all tax examinations and controversy, business support, global tax planning, and due diligence and structuring mergers and acquisition activity.

Job Description:

The Senior Tax Analyst will be part of the US Tax Reporting team and report to the Tax Senior Manager. The role will be responsible for, or assist with, the following:

• US Federal and State income tax analysis for purposes of both interim and annual ASC 740 reporting and US corporate income tax compliance. Experience with Form 5471, Subpart F, and GILTI is a plus;

• US Tax Credits and Incentives;

• US Income Tax Compliance and estimates;

• Organize, research, and respond to tax notices;

• Other responsibilities or duties may include:

o Assisting and supporting tax examinations;

o Preparing or reviewing account reconciliations;

o Supporting initiatives undertaken by the Global Indirect Tax and International Tax teams

o Identifying and driving opportunities to utilize technology solutions to gain efficiency, quality, reporting, or standardization across UKG Tax Department responsibilities

Required

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Accounting, or a Tax concentration within an accounting program

• 2+ years of Public or Corporate tax experience; Concentration on the international aspects of the US tax code a plus

• Strong ASC 740 working knowledge

• Proficient in Word and Advanced Excel skills

Preferred

• OneSource Income Tax and OneSource Tax Provision experience desired but not required;

• Knowledge of PowerBI, Alteryx, or similar workflow and reporting tools a plus

• CPA a plus

The pay range for this position is $86,100 to $90,000, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
