About the Team
Join our team & share your passion for curating signature experiences for our contingent workforce, hiring teams, and suppliers. We're looking for a teamwork-oriented, collaborative individual who can synthesize ideas, contribute to the team, and build effective relationships across the organization as we drive towards our goal of delivering best-in-class contingent workforce solutions.

About the role
You will provide support to the Contingent Workforce Program Team by managing daily program activities while partnering closely with our suppliers to drive compliance, provide education, and execute projects. You will perform a variety of tasks to help plan and organize program efficiencies. This role will require strong time management, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Attention to detail coupled with team-driven results, flexibility, innovative thinking, problem-solving, and self-motivation will help you be successful. Key Responsibilities:
Support Contingent Workforce Program:
-Partner with Global Contingent Workforce Leader to meet team goals, drive projects to completion and solve complex problems
-Create and maintain documentation around key work functions, providing training and mentoring support
-Identify issues proactively based on discussions and trends
-Complete ad hoc project work as needed

Vendor Request Management:
-Manage and respond to incoming requests submitted by vendors in a timely manner
-Update various systems and enter required HR and IT tickets submitted by vendors in the portal

Contingent Workforce Record Management:
-Perform manual entry and bulk updates for onboarding, termination, manager changes, project changes, SOW modifications, and country relocations
-Approve vendor registrations and onboarding requests
-Update systems with ticket statuses and necessary information

Data Reconciliation and Reporting:
-Reconcile and fix data discrepancies across various systems
-Refresh reconciliation reports and pivot tables daily
-Update systems and notify relevant teams for corrections
-Maintain and update master report sheets with the latest information from VMS and other sources

Stakeholder Communication and Reporting:
-Provide support for inquiries with respect to contingent worker guidelines, policies, and procedures, while focusing on providing a best-in-class experience
-Respond to report requests from various stakeholders
-Update audit reports monthly and confirm finance data
-Refresh consultant reports for Finance and reach out to vendors for additional data
-Update spend reports monthly with data from the vendor management portal

Access Management Support:
-Assist internal and external stakeholders with access management issues
-Troubleshoot network access issues, security training completions, and VDI/network credential problems
-Coordinate with internal stakeholders or their backups to open ServiceNow tickets for unresolved issues

Qualifications
About You

Required Qualifications:
-This role requires to work in 04:30pm - 01:30am IST Shift timing
-Experience in customer-facing roles
-Proven computer skills including proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly Excel
-Proven experience in workforce management, vendor management, or a similar role
-Proficiency in using Vendor Management Systems & Smartsheet
-Experience with data reconciliation and report generation
-Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools

Preferred Qualifications:
-Contingent workforce management experience of LATAM, EMEA & APAC regions.
-Knowledge of contingent workforce management best practices
-Proven customer service skills and experience handling sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy
-Analytical and problem-solving experience capable of exercising independent judgment and discretion while utilizing company policies and practices to determine appropriate action
-Demonstrates a sense of urgency and a high level of self-initiative with an emphasis on delivering results
-Public speaking/presentation/training experience
-Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate across all levels of employees (written and verbal)
-Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
