The Media and UX Design Team is looking for a Senior Content Producer to join our dynamic group of learning experience design professionals (LXDs). This role requires strong creative and holistic thinking, cross-channel collaboration, and the ability to multi-task while juggling a variety of projects to create on-brand product learning in a human-centered and goal-oriented way for a global audience. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Media Learning and User Experience Design, you will play a significant role in growing internal production capabilities to produce engaging product and Community learning content, which includes scripts and storyboards, videos, web design projects, presentations, visuals, and other performance support, curriculum, and UX assets that empower our customers to maximize the value and adoption of their UKG solutions.

As the Producer, you will work closely with LXDs to brainstorm, strategize, and execute media learning and UX design projects from pre-production through post-production. You will be responsible for translating strategic recommendations into actionable steps for the team, creating project plans, and managing workflows and backlogs for the team. We look to you to partner with internal teams to breakdown complex requests, milestones, and challenges into understandable, actionable deliverables. Attention to detail, strong English communication and writing skills, and an ability to connect the dots is a must.
In this role you will:
Build and execute project plans and coordinate the efforts of the overall team, including the collaboration between LXDs, Learning Strategy, Technology, Delivery, Community Management, Marketing, and Product Creative and Brand teams, as well as other internal business partners and SMEs
Collaborate with LXDs to define production deliverables
Be a key contributor in creative brainstorming and concepting
Communicate across teams and projects, clearly setting expectations, and realigning expectations internally as priorities change
Manage development tasks in tracking software with the ability to break down larger projects into actionable tasks
Act as a conductor in a fast-paced environment-relied on to prioritize project deliverables, facilitate decisions among stakeholders, and maintain process and best practices
Track projects to ensure they're delivered on time, according to specifications
Influence the media design strategy to ensure continued innovation, growth, and scalability of the team and deliverables
Manage our post-production video service
Manage inventories and assist with publishing digital content to multiple content source systems and learning experiences
Participate as a key reviewer during all phases of development to ensure each project delivers the best possible learning and community engagement outcome.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
7+ years of learning, media, or graphic design, learning project or program management, or producer experience
Strong knowledge of learning and/or media design process and workflow
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of learning and media design production technology and tools
Fluency in English, both verbal and written
Nice to have: Knowledge and experience using Adobe Creative Suite applications, Camtasia, Vyond, Articulate, and other learning design tools. Content management, digital asset management, and learning management systems. Web design.
Experience with Office 365 tools: Outlook, Teams, OneNote, Excel, Word
Experience with translation and localization and designing content for a global audience
Strong writer and communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
Exceptional project management and organizational abilities
