As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, operating, and managing our large-scale web-based SaaS platform. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless performance and scalability of our cloud infrastructure across both private and public cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with application development teams to design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions that align with business objectives.
Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure resources to ensure optimal performance and cost-efficiency.
Develop and maintain automation scripts using coding languages to streamline infrastructure management tasks.
Monitor and troubleshoot system performance to identify and resolve issues proactively.
Work cross-functionally with teams to understand and incorporate system requirements, administer testing, and implement updates and changes.
Required Skills and Experience
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Private Cloud, GCP) and their associated services.
Proficiency in infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Ansible).
Experience with scripting languages
Knowledge of networking protocols, security best practices, and compliance standards.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Familiarity with Tanium, Commvault, and Citrix technologies.
Experience with capacity planning and performance optimization.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
