About the role:
We are seeking a Specialty Support Representative to join our dynamic team, supporting UKG's COBRA Administration product. As a Specialty Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers requiring assistance with COBRA, ensuring they receive exceptional service and solutions tailored to their needs. Your role will involve troubleshooting complex issues, providing detailed product information, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and product performance.

This is a hybrid role. The employee will be expected to work onsite 3 days/week at UKG's Lowell, Massachusetts, Weston, Florida, or Indianapolis, Indiana office

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide Support for our Clients and Partners that utilize our COBRA administration product
• Assist clients and partners in understanding Federal COBRA laws and regulations
• Assist clients and partners on system navigation and understanding the integration between UKG Ready and our COBRA Platform
• Respond to emails and cases within SLA. Recipients of these communications include COBRA Admins, COBRA members, Carriers, Brokers, Partners and internal stakeholders
• Other tasks include audits to ensure carriers have processed requests, that clients have reviewed QE's within federal timeframes and members payments have been received on time and in full
• Excellent project management execution for Open Enrollment projects on all assigned accounts
• Troubleshooting technical errors and reviewing data received and process by the COBRA platform
• Strong execution on all stretch assignments and trainings that are assigned

Basic Qualifications:
• 2+ years of professional experience in a customer support or implementation type role
• Experience working in a SAAS or managed services environment
• Exceptional communication and follow up skills with a strong attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with COBRA Administration
• Proficient in UKG Ready
• Proficient in Salesforce
• Must be proficient with and adopter of new technologies
• Takes ownership and proactively addresses challenges and opportunities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Strong sense of urgency accompanied by strong organizational skills

The pay range for this position is $34,400 to $49,450 USD , however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
